The prototype minimalist-longboard is designed specifically to showcase the integrated speedometer. The board is beautifully crafted from a 38 inch long by 5 inches wide 5 layer birch plywood. All details are red. The board is powered by an
Arduino compatible
Adafruit Pro Trinket using a very bright
Adafruit 0.56" 4-Digit 7-Segment Display readout, and a
Hall Effect Sensor for wheel rotation pickup.
